TERMS OF USE AND PROTOCOLS COVID-19

Hygiene and disinfection

  • Safety is our top priority, that is why we have updated and increased cleaning and hygiene measures to offer safe spaces for your stay in our apartments.
  • The use of a mask is mandatory in any interaction, such as check in, as well as the minimum recommended safety distance of 2m.
  •  Virucidal products authorized by the Ministry of Health are used.
  •  Both bedding and towels are washed at temperatures above 60º and with disinfectant products for textiles.

GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS

The use of sanitary masks is mandatory throughout Spain. You must carry it whenever you are on the street, in public transport or in closed spaces for public use, when a minimum safety distance of 2 meters cannot be guaranteed.

Hands should be washed frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, if not possible use hydroalcoholic gel

Avoid the use of elevators as much as possible

If you have to cough or sneeze, cover your nose and mouth on the inside of your elbow or with a tissue.

If you notice any symptoms compatible with those caused by COVID-19, stay in the apartment and call 112

NUMBER AND IDENTIFICATION OF CLIENTS

The client must inform vlc-apartments of the number of people included in the reservation, and only that number of people may occupy the accommodation, never more people, except in the case of children under 2 years of age.

If this rule is not respected, vlc-apartaments is authorized to ask the client and her companions to immediately leave the apartment without the client being entitled to any financial compensation.

BEHAVIOUR

The client who signs the contract is responsible for the correct behavior of the people who is traveling with him. If this person or any of the companions does not behave in an appropriate and responsible way, vlc-apartaments is authorized to ask the client and their companions to leave the apartment immediately, without the client having any right to any type of financial compensation.

In no case will Vlc Apartaments be responsible for the loss of belongings and personal belongings of the clients during their stay in any of our apartments.

Some of our apartments are located in residential buildings, and it is necessary that clients who rent an apartment from vlc-apartaments respect the rest of the neighbors. These hours of rest are from 22.00 pm to 09.00 am.

Loud music, any kind of noise or parties are strictly prohibited. In case of complaints from neighbors or the need to call the police, vlc-apartaments will vacate the apartment at any time of the day or night. In this situation, you will not be entitled to a refund of the deposit or the rent.

Please, do not leave the garbage in the apartment on the day of your departure, you can throw it in the containers that are on the street for it.

We would also appreciate it if you turn off the lights and air conditioning when you go out to save energy.

DATA PROTECTION

In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, Protection of Personal Data (“LOPD”), we inform you that, by filling in the forms, your personal data will be incorporated and kept in the files of the company, in order to be able to offer and provide our services. In addition, we inform you of the possibility of exercising the right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition regarding your personal data, the company responsible for the file.
